From start to finish everyone was great. The initial measurements, follow up measurements, and installation was all easy and painless. The installation team we had was professional, nice, and fast. They also explained how the windows worked and all the features before they left. I'm very satisfied with everything and I will be using Rosenello's again.

I can't say enough great things about Home Living Window Fashions. From the initial consultation all the way to the installation of our window shades we had such a great experience. I made the mistake of buying my Sunsetter awning directly from the Sunsetter factory, thinking that I could just hire some handymen to install. Sunsetter didn't help too much by suggesting this could easily be done. WRONG.

I initially hired three "handymen" to do the job and within just a few minutes realized they were not up to installing a 250 lb, motorized awning on a stucco wall, 10 ft up. So, I decided to bite the bullet and see if a window covering retailer like Home Living Window Fashions would install my existing awning already delivered from Sunsetter. HLWF said no problem and sent out someone to look at what I had and measure up the outside situation. He then gave me an exact quote. Yes, it was more than I expected. But I was now well aware of the expertise and equipment needed to do this installation job RIGHT. So, I said enough messing around and scheduled the installation.

Shem and Grant came out with all the equipment and very carefully and professionally installed this big awning PERFECTLY. But here is the really good part that I hadn't originally considered. These guys KNOW every detail of these awnings and how to use and care for them. They took to the time to show me things and answer ALL of my questions about using and caring for my awning. Shem even showed me some cleaning tricks that I never would have learned on my own or from any generic "installer." Shem and Grant could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Shem even noticed some small shipping damage (Sunsetter's fault) and took pictures for me. But the damage isn't really noticeable once installed and everything works GREAT. These motorized, retractable, remote controlled awnings are wonderful. I have shade when I want it and sun when I want that. Oh, and I can now grill in the rain 🙂 In summary, if you are considering getting an outdoor awning. Just go straight to Home Living Window Fashions. You WANT them taking care of EVERYTHING.

I called several companies to estimate on Window Shades and so forth. I recently moved into my apartment and brought in some museum quality art, and I needed drapes and blinds on the windows to prevent the sunlight from getting on my Fine Art. The layout of the window windows required some custom adjustments .They came up with an incredible solution the drapes were installed promptly and I am very impressed with the quality of the installation and the quality of the drapes/ Blinds. I give this company my highest .recommendation.. this is an A+ company.

I received a consultation from Melody. She was wonderful! She really made the entire selection process easy for me. In a sea of choices I can get overwhelmed. I showed her a few pictures that I liked and she quickly grasped my style and knew exactly what to show me. I had a sunsetter awning installed at my vacation home on Clear Lake. Home Living Window Fashions had additional awning colors that I didn't find in the sunsetter catalogue, which was awesome. Throughout the process, they kept me up to date on my order, worked with me on installation dates, and had it installed quickly. The guys who installed it were professional and patiently walked me through the sensors and functions on the awning. I am very happy with my new awning. Shem came out today to advise us on our Sunsetter awning (installed by another contractor several years ago). He explained the problem--awning had been left open in the rain and was sagging, improper installation, etc.-- and helped us with a temporary fix with no charge for a service call. We recently had Home Living Window Fashions install some solar blinds on our skylights. Timothy came to our place to measure the windows and provide us with a quote quite quickly after our first email. Once the order was made we had to wait a few weeks for the blinds to arrive and as soon as they got them they came to install them. The work was very well done and took less than an day. We're very happy with the result! It looks great and the house is way cooler now!

We installed plantation shutters across our entire home and used Home Living to do so. Melody & Shem are awesome to work with and extremely knowledgeable. The shutters came out perfect and add a great touch to our home. We felt their pricing compared to others was competitive but not overshot like some of the other vendors we looked at. I ordered a retractable awning for my patio from Home Living Window Fashion, and I am very pleased with experience I had, and I am extremely pleased with the end result! Working with Home Living Window Fashions was one of the best parts of our home renovation. Melody worked with us to decide on the type of covering we wanted, as well as suggesting materials and helpful additions to make the finished product both attractive and complementary to the space being addressed.

Melody was a joy to work with, returning several times to be sure that the finished product was what we had envisioned. When we picked a pattern that was no longer available, she actually designed a special run for the manufacturer to do in order to fulfill our wishes. When blinds did not hang true (because of idiosyncrasies in our windows) she had things recut in order to overcome the issue.

We had installation done in every room of our house and could not be more satisfied with how everything turned out, or with the fantastic level of service we received. They returned until things were the way we wanted them and we have not had a problem with anything that they installed. We have recommended Home Living Window Fashions to friends and would not hesitate to call them in the future.

We had a shade installed onto our backyard pergola yesterday and Shem and his crew were nothing but wonderful. Shem was great from the start with our quote. He was thorough and explained everything well. He is a super nice guy to chat with too. Yesterday during install they were friendly, worked in a timely manner & cleaned up when they were done.

They were spot on with their time estimate as to when everything would be ready for install. Price was great in comparison to other quotes we got as well. So far we are very happy with our product. Money well spent!
