When you call us, our scheduling department will usually pick up the phone. If they don’t answer, they will return your call within an hour during business hours. You can leave a message after hours, and we will call you back first thing in the morning or at a time of your choosing.
Each member of our scheduling department is knowledgeable and can answer many of your questions. If they don’t know the answer, they will either find out for you or connect you with the right person. They can also set up a convenient time for your in-home consultation.
