Melody worked with us to decide on the type of covering we wanted, as well as suggesting materials and helpful additions to make the finished product both attractive and complementary to the space being addressed.
Melody was a joy to work with, returning several times to be sure that the finished product was what we had envisioned. When we picked a pattern that was no longer available, she actually designed a special run for the manufacturer to do in order to fulfill our wishes. When blinds did not hang true (because of idiosyncrasies in our windows) she had things recut in order to overcome the issue.
We had installation done in every room of our house and could not be more satisfied with how everything turned out, or with the fantastic level of service we received. They returned until things were the way we wanted them and we have not had a problem with anything that they installed.
